Our Booking Policy:

📞WhatsApp: 01720-331144 Call these numbers to confirm your initial booking. After that you can visit our office and confirm the booking if you like to know everything in detail. However, if you don't want to come to the office, you can make a booking by talking over the phone.

❐ Booking money 50% can be paid through cash in office, bank account. Tour details will be given to you in writing by the company at the time of booking and we will keep a copy of the same.

❐ We will try our best to answer any reasonable questions of the guests. Confirm the booking if you like. In that case, you have to inform us by phone by depositing money in bank account, Bikash or Rocket account.

❐ If you send money to bank account or Bikash, Rocket account - call to know as soon as the money is sent and confirm the deposit through message and save the information.

❐ If you book by sending money through banking, you have to submit the bank slip and confirm the booking by phone at the time of sending the money.

❐ We have accounts in BRAC Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. You can find out by calling the bank account number that is convenient for you. Apart from this there are Baksh / Rocket / Cash accounts. But we request – understand everything, get the tour details and what is included in the mentioned amount in writing and then finalize the booking. So that there is no gap between anyone. Gaps can ruin both your travel enjoyment and our reputation. Which none of us want.

Children Policy:

Children aged 0-3 years will be free of charge and will be accompanied by their parents at the launch.

Children of 4-6 years will have to pay 50%, will be accompanied by parents at the launch.

Children 7 - 12 years will pay 100% of adult price.

Cancellation

1. To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to everesttoursbd@gmail.com / WhatsApp mentioning the tour booking Number and details about the cancellation.

2. Travelers are responsible for notifying Everest Tours of any cancellations as soon as possible.

3. The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Everest Tours hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.

4. The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.

5. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Everest Tours may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Everest Tours discretion.

6. If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

7. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.

8. Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

9. This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.

10. This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund

1. 80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Thirty-Five (35) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

2. 50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Twenty-Eight (28) to Thirty-Five (35) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

3. 30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Twenty-One (21) to Twenty-Eight (28) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

4. Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

5. Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.

6. All refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.
