08.00 AM Canal cruising around Kochikhali: Start cruising towards Kachikali wildlife sanctuary. It has a natural beauty of dense forests facing the vast sea, the Bay of Bengal. Explore the forest there accompanied by an armed forest guard and tour guide will walk travelers through the history and characteristics of the mangrove forest. Walkthrough the jungle and along the forest-trail towards the beach. The beach is famous for the availability of numerous types of fossils and signs of various wild and sea creatures. The East Kochikhali Khal and Supati Khal are famous as the entrance of Tiger to Kochikhali. Besides this, it is suitable for boating along the canals criss-crossing the area and watching a number of basking crocodiles, deer, lizards, wild boar and lots of birds.

Get back on the mother boat after the end of the hike.

So, for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc. we shall not be directly responsible. Cancellation

1. To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to everesttoursbd@gmail.com / WhatsApp mentioning the tour booking Number and details about the cancellation.

2. Travelers are responsible for notifying Everest Tours of any cancellations as soon as possible.

3. The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Everest Tours hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.

4. The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.

5. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Everest Tours may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Everest Tours discretion.

6. If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

7. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.

8. Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

9. This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.

10. This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund

1. 80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Thirty-Five (35) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

2. 50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Twenty-Eight (28) to Thirty-Five (35) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

3. 30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Twenty-One (21) to Twenty-Eight (28) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

4. Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.

5. Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.

6. All refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.
